Mohammad Bayat

Founder, Software Engineer, and Independent Researcher

I build quantitative systems and organizations, and I study how language, identity, context, and learning shape human performance and durable change.

OkBayat.com is a public record of the questions, field projects, evidence, software, and revisions emerging from that work. It is not a catalogue of settled answers. I try to distinguish published evidence from observation, participant report, interpretation, and questions that remain open.

Two Bodies of Work

Building Systems and Organizations

K2Quant is the main company-building part of my work. It brings together quantitative systems, software engineering, artificial intelligence, decision-support tools, and the practical work of operating a technical organization.

Studying Human Transformation

Human Transformation is an independent inquiry into learning, language, identity, context, performance, leadership, group coordination, and quality of life. It connects reading with field projects and practice-based observation without treating those observations as formal scientific proof.

Questions I Am Working On

  • What distinguishes temporary behavior change from durable learning or transformation?
  • Why does a person sometimes perform well in one context and return to an earlier pattern in another?
  • How do language, identity, and worldview shape what appears possible and how a person acts?
  • Under what conditions can children and groups continue learning without continuous direction or control?
  • What contributes to quality of life beyond tools, status, and material conditions?

The evolving set of questions is recorded in the Human Transformation Research Agenda.

Current Work and Field Projects

Learning Circle

Learning Circle is a field project about children’s independent learning, peer teaching, group coordination, and what happens when the facilitator gradually leaves the center of the learning process.

Mastery for Life

Mastery for Life is documented as a program record: its origins, questions, practice setting, participant reports, limitations, and what has not yet been demonstrated.

Vocora

Vocora is an independent research-and-building project about learning, memory, language practice, and learning technology. Its current software provides a bounded setting for examining retrieval, spacing, feedback, motivation, measurement, and privacy.

Leadership and Organizational Practice

Leadership contains the existing programs, source material, coaching work, and practice-based observations connected to coordination, responsibility, language, identity, and performance.

How I Publish

  • Essays contain original arguments and synthesis.
  • Research Notes contain open questions, field notes, evidence reviews, and revisions.
  • Reading Notes distinguish a source author’s position from my interpretation.
  • Translations identify the original author, source, translator, and type of adaptation.
  • Building documents companies, software, projects, and formal experiments when they exist.
  • Program Records distinguish program history and participant self-report from evidence of efficacy.
