Mohammad Bayat

Founder, Software Engineer, and Systems Builder

I’m the founder of K2Quant and Vocora. I build software products and businesses in quantitative technology and language learning. I also work as a Leadership Facilitator at Gruccia. Alongside that work, I study how people learn, reflect, coordinate, and carry change across contexts.

This site brings those two bodies of work together through selected projects, practice records, and writing.
